ADMISSION

We warmly welcome all parents and guardians to be a part of the NPS International School family. Our admission process is simple and transparent. Please find below the necessary details regarding required documents, fee structure, and important rules.

Documents Required for Admission

To complete the admission process, please bring the following documents:

Birth Certificate of the student
Student’s Aadhaar Card
Parents’ Aadhaar Cards
Passport-size photographs (2 each of the student and parents)
Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
PEN (Permanent Education Number, if available)
Report Card of the previous class
Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Fee Deposition Rules

Please deposit the fee by the last date of every month.
A discount of ₹50 is available if the monthly tuition fee is paid before the 15th of the month.
A fine of ₹5 per day per child will be charged for late fee submissions after the last date.

School Timings

Summer: 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Winter: 8:30 AM to 2:30 PM

At NPS International School, we believe in shaping responsible, disciplined, and morally upright individuals. All students are expected to:

Participate with enthusiasm in academic and extra-curricular activities.
Be punctual in completing assignments and follow school schedules.
Maintain honesty and sincerity during examinations.
Actively participate in physical training and games, unless exempted by medical advice and principal’s approval.
Conduct themselves with dignity, optimism, and respect at all times.
Uphold the values promoted by the school management and staff.
Respect and take care of school property.

🛠️ Complaint Procedure

To ensure a positive learning environment, complaints and grievances can be addressed in multiple ways:

Students and parents may raise issues verbally or in writing, formally or informally.
All complaints will be handled in a fair, just, and confidential manner.
The aim is to resolve issues peacefully and constructively for the benefit of all.
Complaints should be made cordially, with a focus on solution-oriented dialogue.

🚫 Prohibited Behavior

To maintain discipline and ensure a safe school environment, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

Leaving the school campus during school hours without permission.
Being in restricted areas (playground, empty classrooms, etc.) without supervision.
Posting stickers or posters on school walls or furniture.
Writing or drawing on walls, furniture, or any school property.
Carving or damaging school furniture with sharp objects.
Collecting donations or money without written approval from the Principal.
Smoking in or around the school premises.
Any form of misconduct, inside or outside the campus, that tarnishes the school’s image.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parents’ Participation

We value strong parent-school collaboration to ensure the holistic development of every student. Parents are expected to:

Pay school fees on time.
Attend Parent-Teacher meetings regularly.
Inform the school of any changes in transport, address, phone number, or email ID.
Share sensitive family issues or counseling needs that may impact the child.
Seek the principal’s permission if private tuition is required from school teachers.
